Crawlspace Doctor, Inc was established by Tom Saucier in the Monroe/Lawrence County areas of Southern Indiana in 2000. Through his years of work in the pest control field, Tom crawled through crawlspace after crawlspace and witnessed the same concerns over and over again: humidity and mold issues. Through his vision and research, Crawlspace Doctor was founded. To continue the goal of exceptional quality of service, Tom saw a need for franchising in the surrounding counties. I have been fortunate to see the progress of the company and wanted to become part of the Crawlspace Doctor team. Having a wife and two small children with asthma I understand how mold and mildew can create unsafe air inside of a house and business. Also, being a firefighter/emergency medical technician with the City of Franklin Fire Department I see how these issues can affect citizens of a community. I am also a member of the City of Franklin Hazardous Materials Team. The process of creating a "conditioned crawlspace" eliminates the conditions needed for mold and mildew growth. Having the ability to access tried and true methods that have proven time and time again to succeed, I will continue to strive "For Total Crawlspace Good Health". Crawlspace Doctors' work is not completed until customer service satisfaction is achieved and I will continue that belief by servicing the citizens of Johnson County.
