The purpose of this letter is to express to you, in writing, our deep satisfaction with the methods used and the results accomplished by Brad and his crew during their work here at our home. My wife and I found your entire crew to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the work they were to perform. In particular, we appreciate their cleaning up after themselves before they left each day.While your initial evaluation of the work to be done and your estimate of the cost involved, was extremely clear, detailed and competitive in price, we observed numerous occasions when it seemed that Brad and his crew went out of their way to do more than was required. We felt that they were taking as good care of our home as they would of their own. In summary. We felt that we had accomplished, with the crew’s skills and experience. Some of the best home improvement we have experienced in living in this house for the past 34 years.
